@RevolutApp I have requested phone support multiple times, without response from your agents. I have no idea how to do a direct message on Twitter?

[Peter Baker @pbaker1983]

@RevolutApp been trying to contact you for over a week, reference to Fraud on my Account, have not managed to speak to anyone to get reassurances my investigation is ongoing.

No replies to In-App Chats, no one to call, no one to email - just automated replies. Service is a joke

[Peter Baker @pbaker1983]

@RevolutApp I have DM you in your App Chat more times than I care to think! Get passed from agent to agent, without resolution. Where exactly do you want me to DM you now? Why can’t someone call me? I have been extremely stressed given the circumstances and Revolut don’t seem to care…!

[Peter Baker @pbaker1983]

@RevolutApp I have now been issued a Fraud ticket, but am told the investigation is delayed and no update will be provided until 10/09/23!!!!

[Peter Baker @pbaker1983]

@RevolutApp no reply? Same as your In-App Chat and automated messages….

When are you going to get in contact to discuss this issue?

[Peter Baker @pbaker1983]

@RevolutApp both @HSBC_UK and @Barclays are investigating this case, please can someone call me to discuss.
