If marketing produces 5x the output, you get 5x the campaigns, 5x the content, 5x the leads, 5x the sales opportunities.
Then what?
You need more BDRs. More AEs. More ops support. More customer service. More fulfillment capacity.
Your choice becomes
1) save 4 salaries and stay constant with output; or,
2) hire the equivalent of 20 more experts at a TOTAL cost of $6k per year
