You could actually reverse engineer something closer to real Christianity from the Silmarillion than you could from Joseph Smith's con.

@denimneverdies I watched a bit of Hazbin and the first two seasons of Helluva and thought they were OK. I mostly came away feeling immensely sorry for the creator for getting endless death threats over the usual Vague Social Crimes™️ bullshit

@ChristinaTasty Really every Dragon Age following Origins was disappointing to me since the series never really tried to capture that tone again.

i’ve never seen the british state move like this for anything else. not third of its own children in poverty. not the housing crisis. not the cost of living crisis. nothing.

Evangelical's craven embrace of the most obvious conman in human history is so blatantly structured like a Greek tragedy that it feels farcical beyond belief. Something out of a bad 80's kids cartoon

@Vatako_com “It's a game from 17 years ago, and even Bandai Namco isn't making money off it anymore, so it's fine, right? If you've got a problem, go tell them to port it to current-gen consoles”

Is this meant to sound unreasonable? Yes, the obvious solution is to make the game available.

@BenKentish @comrade_kumar_ This is so typical for LBC, you’re complaining about Ashok not being civil while you yourself started this off by calling him an obnoxious zealot.

@mscott7612 @ClarkeMicah And by NATO expansion, I understand these countries weren't gobbled up by the west. Hell, Poland blackmailed their way into NATO.

The whole thing required a more careful hand, unfortunately we got Bush/Putin instead.

[Patrick Beaton @Pbeaton99]

@mscott7612 @ClarkeMicah It isn't a justification for the invasion, but I do think the west bears some responsibility for pushing for NATO expansion and ignoring the concerns from Russia, inconsistent as they were.

They gambled with Ukrainian lives because they didn't think this would ever happen.
