* Show them you care personal/professional
* celebrate/ appreciate
So grateful for a warm welcome to @NSSD112 this week! I’m so excited to be starting my admin career is such a supportive district. Ready to take on the year with @Mr_KSaunders at Sherwood! 🐼
Had the best time at @sherwood this afternoon. Taking time to onboard our new administrators & those who’ve moved into new roles is how we build a positive culture and team. @Mr_KSaunders did a great job of decorating @pbertana’s office in recognition of her 1st day. #112leads

Sunday scaries are a reminder that you care about your job and want to make a real difference through your work.
Today, don’t focus on the barriers to your impact. Spend a moment in gratitude, remembering why you want to make an impact and what your work means to you!
Standing room only for @pbertana’s session on Amplifying Student Voice & Choice! 🙌🏻 How are you supporting a shared learning community where your students feel valued, seen, & heard? Are you creating a space that truly feels like OUR classroom? #ideacon2024
Good Morning #ideacon24 Join @STweedLitCoach & I at 10:00 in Schaumburg C. We can't wait to share about how we amplify student voice and choice in classrooms.

@NateJoseph19 The argument is not for teacher autonomy. It’s for responsive/adaptive instruction. Which…is supported by research but is missing in practice when implementation of any approach is made to be lock-step.
Two about this recently in RRQ https://t.co/kNFfsEUpwz
Innovation thrives in an environment where curiosity is nurtured, questions are celebrated, and ‘Why not?’ is the default response. #authenticleadership
Don’t mistake silence for apathy. When people are quiet, they’re often busy thinking and learning.
Extraverts like to process ideas by talking them through. Introverts prefer to reflect before they speak.
I'm not disengaged. I'm listening to your views and formulating mine.
