Swiggy customer care did not supported saying need a more clear picture to validate the issue.

@CommissionrGHMC @GHMCOnline The road to Deeptisree nagar had few bad patches, was not in that bad shape, it was a cemented road could have been fixed by little patching. But they have layered mud all across this stretch and now it’s all gone case !!!

@rapidobikeapp - I am regular user of Rapido. Today one of the driver cheated us by taking the parcel delivery charges at both source and destination. I paid him the delivery charges but he also collected it from my friend. Our fault we could not talk about the charges being paid

Pathetic service. Parcel booked by Air from hyd to Assam has not reached the destination yet. Charged 3100 for 19 kg parcel. It is a scam/cheating with customer. No accountability by any of the professional courier branches.
