Returned an item in November under warranty. The logo I initially paid for was excluded upon rtn. Contacting weekly with no explanation or response but we will get back to u. Never did. Unacceptable.
@ACWithJudgeRoss just watch an episode where u found for defendant in a discrimination suit. You couldn’t have been more wrong. A male was denied being allowed to wear make up in school photos solely because he is male. Defendant admitted that. Shameful. So much for justice.

@BLACKANDDECKER bought fridge in sept, broke in Oct, returned part as directed on 10/26. still not replaced. Plz either promptly replace or refund. This delay is unacceptable.
@SouthwestAir On flight home fr Aruba, the flight attendant announced a girl’s bday&gave her a crown made of snacks,cake make fr tp &asked the plane to sing HBD, shut off cabin lights & asked all to turn on seat lites. When Bday girl “blew out” candles we turned out lites. Fun!❤️
@HRBlock can someone respond to multiple voice mails left? My elderly parents have been trying to reach someone and no calls are returns to them or me.
@VividSeats Another response and back to same old issues. Calling cr cd company to dispute. Unbelievable that no one can escalate to resolve. Will absolutely never use vivid seats again.
@VividSeats spent 2+ hours on phone today with a ticket issue where seller cancelled my tickets. No refund and no tickets and no means of escalating to a manager. Can anyone there assist please?
@VividSeats Thanks for guiding me here - but after telling you for two days, the result is the same - no tickets...How many times can we go in the same circle???
