@SkyHelpTeam please sort out the sales team. I've been trying to discuss switching from Virgin Media broadband to Sky Fibre since 12.30pm today, finally got to speak with someone on messenger at 16.36 but to be told that they were going on break, then finished their shift!
Price and speeds look great @theTRUESPEED - 600mb for 50% the price of what i am paying VM, just stuck in my contract with @virginmedia as their customer service told me "it's too expensive" to get out of it as I would have to pay early exit penalty! Lots of money, poor service
@virginmedia Internets down again! Went through your process to get it working, but still no joy. Instead you try to get me to sign up for WiFi Max. What's the point if I can't get standard WiFi when I'm sat a couple of inches away from my hub?! Sort it out!!
@virginmedia Apparently no issues, apart from the TV, which I don't use as I have Sky. Is the TV affected because of the inconsistent WiFi connection?!
@virginmedia My service has been intermittent again today. Dropping off and off throughout the morning. Had major problems last night trying to stream on Apple TV. Never had buffering before so not use to it. I'm disappointed to be honest as I work from home so dropping off calls is not good!
