Marinakis has put self interest and money ahead of achievement on the pitch. Again, if you support that its your choice.

The purpose of the rule is to protect sporting integrity. That would not be compromised by Palace competing.

Allowing Marinakis, who moves money around with Textor, in by the back door does much more to undermine it.

@PhilHumber1 @TheAthleticFC None of which changes the fact that Palace are not and were not part of an MCO (Forest are). UEFA’s rules to control MCOs are not fit for purpose.

I won’t change your mind if you think Forest are in on the basis of merit rather than opportunism. But there’s no admin error.

The incompetence of @uefacom @uefa is astounding. They are meant to protect sporting integrity. They have managed to do the opposite. Contriving to tie themselves in knots and demote one of the few clubs that isn't and never has been in an MCO. Scandalous #cpfc
