When I try to give feedback about the quality, the AI agent keeps telling me that they are not going to refund anything as if I asked. @etihad #etihad.

Support first said no check-in needed, then said check-in is needed; said the bus can be skipped, then said skipping it cancels the flights. I’m asking for one simple fix: move the Etihad-sold 9B bus earlier free of charge or confirm bags will be accepted.

Hi @EtihadHelp @etihad, Etihad sold my parents 9B501 arriving Heathrow Central/TN at 19:10, then EY66 from LHR T4 at 20:45 with checked bags. Your agent says they must check in/drop bags at T4 and counter closes 75 mins before departure = 19:30. How is 20 mins enough?

✅ Reach T4
✅ Find counter
✅ Drop checked bags
✅ Pass docs
✅ Board flight

All before 19:30 as Check in closes

Airline transfer give you 20 min after arrival :

- Can I book my own and get to the airport my self ?
- You can make your own way to the flight

few minutes later ....

- Actually if you do such it will cancel you entire tickets

@etihad That feeling when your working in airways and have not idea what "Departure" is , transfer arrives at 19-10 to TN , fastest train from TN->T4 arrives at 19-28 , check in closes 19-30 as per @etihad and @EtihadHelp "more than enough time"

@etihad As a follow up situation even worse , transfer arrives at 7-10 PM , at least 6 min walk to the transfer to T4, and if 7-16 pm train missed other option is 7-31 PM - > 7-41 at T4 , as per policy check should be done by 7-30 PM

@etihad Hi @etihad, you sold my parents an itinerary where 9B arrives Heathrow Central 19:10 and EY66 leaves LHR T4 20:45. Your policy says checked bags must be dropped by 19:15. That gives 5 mins to reach T4 and drop bags. How is this a valid connection?
