@myntra we have been having terrible experience dealing with your customer care.
Order # 1280201-9091271-2861101.
There are two items that have been marked as delivered, but have not been delivered.
Another two items marked for return, but every day it gets marked as failed.

We have been calling customer care since sunday, and there has not been any resolution since.
Been very very tough dealing with your customer care.

I was expecting a package on 6th Sep. I got an SMS around 6 pm that it is out for delivery & at around 9 pm another SMS that it has been delivered.
Called customer support twice, response has been terrible.
No one knows where it is, and when I can expect it.

Feel sorry for her and the entire group which had to go through this ordeal. There has to be some accountability @IndiGo6E airlines.
They haven't shown any respect to the elderly, kids..
