Working on slow/controlled load to make 93mph seem like the CH up that Rapsodo says it is. 😀Modern MLB changeup I guess.

Shoutout to my #DrivelineFamily tonight...
Since leaving Driveline this summer, I've kept training remotely with TRAQ. Exit velocity has continued to climb and more consistent contact quality.

Every day there's a plan ready for me that's part of a larger program cycle customized for me.

More than hitting- daily plans for my strength and mobility, throwing program, and recovery.

Tonight - machine throwing 91-95. This 91mph pitch I was early, but notice I didn't shift weight into front heel until the swing was started. Trying to stay back even when timing may be off.

Goal tonight:
Low attack 📐& mid 70s bat speed, attack middle of the field. With good collision efficiency this should produce low line drives with high exit velocity. Hack Attack ~85mph to provide some challenge, but not so much that can't lock in.

Measure results so not just guessing or going off of feel, sound of bat, or eyes which can deceive.
