A high powered Conservative lawyer hired by the NPCA and Bylsma says he does not even know that the fee will be? Why does anything at NPCA require this kind of horsepower? What kind of leadership hires people without knowing the cost? Feels more like the old board every day.

Barrick should absolutely be gone...again. Anyone on the NPCA board should also take note that they DO NOT have unilateral decision making ability when it comes to staff employment situations.

Kaspersetz signed Barrick's CAO contract on Dec 10th, the Niagara reps were off the Board, it looks like it was a unilateral decision. Same as Caslin did for Carmen. Null and void. Barrick should be null and void.

Nothing should be done blindly when it comes to current senior management at the NPCA. Recent history should dictate that any decisions management makes regarding staff should be examined. They continue to degrade the NPCA’s already poor reputation with the public.

This Board has either blindly trusted the words of their senior management in permitting this firing or they have approved it with their eyes fully open...the public needs to hear from them on this.
