@theskindoctor13 Google says both are same. With a slowly reversing car you have a larger safe distance but you consume more reaction time since you wouldn't expect the scenario. Nevertheless, we can all see the mistake and stupidity of the driver in the front endangering himself and the rest.
@rishibagree Government's fault. You build 6 lane international standard highways and then allow any random guy to drive? There should be special permission or mandatory special training for the highways like in many countries. Highway accidents can be lethal damaging multiple cars.
