Supplier has not filed GSTR-3B for Mar 2023 till Sep23

Recipient has reversed corresponding ITC availed in Mar23 as per Rule 37A

Now Supplier has filed Mar3B on 1st Dec

Recipient can Re-avail such ITC only in GSTR-3B for Jan(&amp; NOT in Dec-3B)

@AbhasHalakhandi Sir,In terms of Sec 16(4),ITC related to FY 22-23 can be claimed till 30 Nov 23.If, ITC of FY 22-23 reversed as per Rule37A &amp; subsequently concerned suppliers filed 3B of FY 22-23 in Dec-23
4 the above cases,2 proviso of Rule 37A will be applicable when"May"words are used for it
