@EastMidRailway Yes I’m aware of that, they’ve said they cannot reserve a seat for both me and my carer, only the companion seat. I cannot safely stay in my wheelchair as it is not crash tested, and the incident last week makes it incredibly clear why this is necessary
@EastMidRailway can I ask why you won’t provide a reasonable adjustment to the “no bookings” to allow a wheelchair user to safely transfer from their non-crash tested wheelchair into a seat and ensure their companion (full time carer) is able to sit next to them? Passenger
Assist state the only way they can help is via raising a complaint. Had a rude advisor who said if we weren’t happy with the fact we could get stranded in London because there’d be nowhere safe for me to transfer with my carer sat with me I should take another form of transport.
@UberEats do you really find it acceptable to not refund someone when they get sent a wrong item because they had a refund for an incorrect item FIVE years ago? Does the consumer rights act not apply to you? And then closing the case when I ask for it escalated to a supervisor
@eminemilyijoy Not sure this will be much help or anything but one of my friends from school had kidney disease and eventually had started dialysis, she got a transplant like 12 years ago and has lived a mostly normal life since
@marksandspencer Does this tart need to be reheated or can it be eaten cold? As it’s sold with all the other deli ready to eat items but doesn’t say it’s ready to eat https://t.co/D5vcxpN3il
@TicketmasterCS How do we raise a complaint? You didn’t bother to send out the past bookers presale information for the taylor hawkins gig and then decided to ignore everyone who asked. Awful customer service
@marksandspencer Bought one of these yesterday and had to take it back today after realising it needed to be refrigerated and was being sold with the other cake jars on the shelf! Manager didn’t seem particularly bothered to say this is a health risk
