So, bottom line, your system would not allow me to reset my password, and I'm told you can't do it on your side, but will have to walk through some ridiculous steps to do that. My other option is to drop you off and go back to another carrier. I don't want to, but OMG! Stupid.

@Consumer_Cell - I was just confronted with the stupidest thing I could ever expect from customer service. I tried logging into my account, didn't have the right password, so I clicked "forgot password," and it took me to a page that wouldn't let me use the text or email option

Then, tried another password, got locked out, called the 800 number, was told that I had to wait 24 hours to try again, and that if it didn't work then (which it wouldn't, of course), to call back and you would "troubleshoot" (whatever that means... I couldn't get an explanation
