If you feel ill, stay off until you feel better but if you feel ok then carry on working as normal. It's how we've always done it and we have survived until now. Don't forget - COVID has always had a 99.9% survival rate and produced mild symptoms in most who get it

As has been the case all along, we should treat COVID like the flu (which is basically what it is but with a different name). Let people who want it have the vaccine once a year and then just carry on as normal.
