@RoyalMailHelp (2) eg. If I take my parcel to a post office, they won't need a Customs declaration for this parcel. But your online system forces it upon me and will have negative impact for my customer. Other courier companies have different systems for parcels going from NI as part of EU.

@RoyalMailHelp plz explain why I am forced to fill out a Customs declaration for an EU parcel when buying postage online? My parcel is going from Northern Ireland and as per your T&C's, is exempt from CN22s? Why do you not have a drop down option for NI to avoid this?

@RoyalMailHelp Yes but your online system FORCES me to fill out the customs form when buying postage online .. meaning parcel will be help up for my customer by customs. NI is part of EU and exempt from customs, but your online system doesn't recognise this?
