The situation’s a lot more nuanced than that.

Proud Truman State grad. Attorney, cruciverbalist, oenophile, fan of all things Mizzou and USC ✌️ sports and STL.

@therweck @tonymess but to make the proportions true to life, it’s a $500 million convenience fee

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@DanSpears A little older and grayer, but the hoop trip never disappoints. Looking forward to the next 30 years!

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

Rough day for the scalpers in Nashville.

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@srussell201 @DanSpears @stevesalem Morgan State / Howard not getting it done for you?

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@mrmaroney @dougstewart1 Is it bad that I didn’t even know he was with the Braves?! I thought he was last with the Padres.

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

Brad Stevens’ reaction to all of this - from the inbound play to the end - remains the most badass coach thing ever.

[Butler Basketball Guru @ButlerGuru]

11 years ago today! #8 Gonzaga vs #13 Butler. Hinkle Fieldhouse. Butler down 1 with 3.5 seconds left. And then Roosevelt Jones happened #DawgsOnly #ButlerWay 🐶🏀

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@ByPatForde This is unbelievable. This right here is what’s wrong with our sport. Refs bend over backward to protect blue bloods.

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@WineFolly Lots of great places - Denner, Booker, Lone Madrone, Daou, Law, Calcareous - but the answer has to be @TablasCreek.

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

Man, I hope those swimmers are OK - sounds terrifying

[MSHSAA @MSHSAAOrg]

Records are falling almost as fast as these swimmers! A NEW MSHSAA Overall Record in the 100 Yard Freestyle was just set by William Jost, Parkway Central with a time of 43.97!

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@johnewing You know damn well what they’re doing

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@NytReview I mean, as is, it’s a zero … but that ain’t Ricky Cruz’s fault. It’s a great idea.

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@lawrence_s @NYTGames It’s THEIR APP and they still can’t make it work?

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@NytReview Their proprietary app has been around for how many years, and this is still a thing? Inexcusable.

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@lindaholmes “Meet! The! Teams!
The ones that Haunt! Your! Dreams!”

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@lindaholmes To this day, my wife and I say “God is in the tub” probably once a week … and not infrequently to a person on TV.

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@dougstewart1 Gotta love the rare 70 minute game …?

[Phil Christofferson @pchristofferson]

@jlieb19 If you’re ever in Orlando …

@Weezer @RiversCuomo Amazing show in KC last night - and THANK YOU for playing California Kids ... an all time favorite of mine and the acoustic version was really beautiful. =w=
