@unifi your app is terrible. Subscribed Unifi tv pack for me without asking for agreement and no T&C displayed. I filed a complaint on 10 March 2026 and been following up at least once a week. Until now I’m still subscribed and no refund. I went to the Unifi Damansara twice.
@unifi Not only did I not get ANY update at all after I was told there was submission error for my ticket, my line is now cut because I refuse to pay the extra. I have made payment of the exact amount I paid every month.
@MCMC_RASMI please help. I have submitted a report. The app itself is against Malaysia law as it did not display T&C before and did not ask to agree to the terms. In addition the package “sold” to me was an outdated one no longer available as mentioned by person from Unifi shop.
Went 2 weeks later. Was told there was a problem with submitting the ticket. Why wait for 2 weeks to submit? Again told me will settle on that day itself. This was 3 April. Until now still no news and no update. I’m still subscribed.
First time to return the Unifi tv box after your customer service called and said I could return. This was 24 March when I returned the box. Was told will settle in 2-3 days. One week later no news. WhatsApp Unifi person in charge from that shop never got a reply.
