@HMRCcustomers How can I speak to a human about an overdue income tax refund from HMRC? It has been months - well beyond the deadline set by HMRC PLUS the additional 12 weeks. Phone menu system just kicks me out. Chat bot kicks me out. I need to speak to a real live human being.

@HMRCcustomers By "date of submission", I mean the date that I originally asked for the refund. I have a reference number but obviously not going to post that here.

Just home from a wonderful evening with @daraobriain. Tonight I learnt that Cambridge is just a bit on the weird side. Lights that are too dark, ice cream being sold in November, and an audience that couldn't clap for toffee but he didn't stop loving us.

MS should, I believe, have a policy around impersonating companies on MS365 and using credit card details illegitimately. Instead, they just shrug and say "go and find the person who did it yourself".

Really disappointed with @microsoft. After discovering a new M365 tenant had been created and a subscription paid for with a corporate card, MS are refusing to take *any* remedial action on that tenant, like at the very least removing the card details & cancelling that sub.

I can prove ownership of the corporate card but no action taken other than suggesting I contact the issuing bank. That will *not* result in the sub being cancelled, so unless the card itself is cancelled, the sub will get renewed next year!
