@FoxApply@Danilo_Parmegi We pivoted from Argibee to Groselia not too long ago and the journey has been anything but simple.
Seeing a client share this publicly reminds me why we pushed through.
Grateful for the trust, @FoxApply.
Built AI motion videos for our own SaaS.
People kept asking how we made them.
So we turned it into a service.
Posted about it this morning. Got a reply and filled out our form.
We're offering it at $25 while we validate and collect feedback.

We built AI motion videos for our own product.
People didn’t ask about the product.
They asked how we made the videos.
So we turned it into a service.
We now create high-end motion videos with 3D, particles and cinematic style.
These are from paying clients:

So we turned it into a service.

We are currently testing the first version.
Soon we will open a waitlist for people who want to start generating videos like this during the early testing phase.
More updates soon.
Building in public continues.
Thanks.
It has been a while since I posted here.
Over the past months we ran 120+ demos with designers while building @argibeebr.
We learned a lot.
And somewhere along the way we realized something.
The bigger opportunity was not branding.
So we pivoted.
In simple terms we are trying to do what Remotion promised.
But actually works.
The video attached to this post was generated inside Groselia in a few minutes.
Motion design is still one of the hardest things to produce.
But today almost every company needs video.
Landing pages
Ads
Product launches
Social content
We think creating motion videos should be as easy as writing a prompt.
Designers keep losing clients to "where are my files on Drive?"
Meet Brand Assets — upload your folders and they show up exactly like on your computer.
Visual.
Organized.
Actually premium.
Your work deserves better than a shared folder.
Sales
Updating the pitch deck with the latest learnings from demos and the new positioning.
The goal is to make the value of Argibee obvious within the first minutes of the conversation.
Main conversion lever this month: demos.
Goal for this week:
5 demos scheduled per day.
The more conversations we have with designers, the faster we refine both the product and the sales process.
Week 1 sprint at Argibee
We’re entering the final month of the Shiva program and this week marks the start of a more structured weekly sprint cycle.
After dozens of demos and conversations with designers, we now have much more clarity on where we actually create value.
So we flipped the switch.
The next 4 weeks are fully focused on converting paid customers.
Here’s what we’re working on this week ↓
Marketing
- Updating the landing page.
We’re rewriting the LP to reflect the value proposition that has been resonating the most during demos with brand designers.
- Recording a new hype video.
A clearer and more visual product demo aligned with our current positioning.
- We’re also producing a second video that mixes:
• the founders explaining the product
• the product demo
This will be our main content for Instagram this week.

This vlog shows a bit of that transition.
The doubts, the conversations with designers, and how product direction starts to shift when you listen closely to users.
If you watch it, let me know what you think.
Hey everyone.
Lately I've been sharing more about what we're building with Argibee here on X, especially with the build in public community.
We just published our vlog #06 where we talk about a big moment in the product: realizing we needed to rethink where exactly we should help designers in the branding process.
We also share a bit of the journey around that pivot and our Pitch Day at Link School.
If you enjoy following startups being built in public, would love if you could check it out.

One interesting realization from the last weeks:
The biggest pain for many brand designers isn't creating the brand.
It's organizing the assets, building presentations, and preparing the final delivery to the client.
That insight changed how we're building Argibee.
