@tarunsmehta My scooter is still with service center more that 4 weeks now, this is the worst service I ever get. I need @atherenergy to arrange loaner vehicle till you resolve reported issue in ticket #101536641.

@tarunsmehta I service my scooter on 28th November 2025 but still getting error LOW POWER MODE. Not getting help on this, I raised ticket #101536641

@atherenergy This is disgusting behavior of @atherenergy as from 24th Nov they didn't resolved issue. Scooter is still in service center, I want written assurance that issue will not occur again, provide me the replacement scooter till its issue not resolved

@atherenergy Hi @atherenergy its almost a moth & my LOW POWER MODE issue is still there, your service Prater BU Bhandari kept my scooter for about 2 week but did not resolve issue ticket no #101536641, when I will have permanent resolution on this, see attachments

@tarunsmehta Hi its been almost 3 week now still facing LOW POWER MODE issue, @atherenergy is not resolving this issue loosing fathe in ATHER, they are behaving same as OLA now.
