Many of the characteristics of @blockstack which makes it target of crypto trolls will prove to be transformational for the crypto platforms. People complain that their apps are too simple but it effectively proves how blockstack has made new developers entry barrier nearly zero.

@blockstack has made entry barrier for a common developer to dApp space near zero. It's not a small feat by any measure. The industry will realize this sooner or later.

We had exactly the same problem when tried building @pden_app on top of @ethereum. ETH's inherent design restricts scalability and stability of apps with complex business logic especially social networks. Precisely the reason why we had to move to @blockstack

Pushing a lot of complexity and computations to the blockchain layer inevitably leads to “datacenter chains”.

Web 3 might get built on an architecture exactly opposite of the current trend of sharding etc.
