More than wishes, it is about

1) Creating a structure that makes the Women feel safe everywhere (as in home)
2) Recognise the invisible labour in family and redistribute
3) Recognise the unpaid labour of Child rearing and share the same
4) Acknowledge Women career goals (protect and empower them where it is needed)
5) Remove the stigma around separation/ broken marriages. Instead of being in toxic relationships; It is absolutely fine to part ways.

Support Women’s decisions 😊 and create a culture of self-evolution.

If I were an audience, who booked for a movie show and cancelled due to inability of Movie team to release; I definitely won’t stand with the team.

I had paid money, effort and plans (Be it taking leave, coordinating friends, etc.,). A simple refund won’t justify at all.

Rather than standing with them, ask them, Why you have to pay for their incompetence to sort issues!

People who criticise that “Free electricity provision” is not implemented in letter and spirit of Manifesto.

Putting up a conditional clause that people who consumes upto 500 units only gets 200 units is absolutely fine in socio-economic empowerment.

People in lower strata of income has higher impact in these kind of subsidies and targeting them is absolutely fine with some inclusion errors.

Even for this provision: there is an expenditure of 1730 crores per annum. So conditional subsidy ensures Fiscal prudence.

Don’t go by literal manifesto words and expect any government to implement provisions without fiscal discipline.

Next time, Better expect what is possible out of promised things (with good governance) before committing to vote.

Don’t criticise without understanding underlying dynamics for the sake of setting agenda/ narrative.

One takeaway from the TN election was that, Cash can’t buy votes in certain constituencies. In a way, it triggers cascading effect in future reducing cash based voting. (Good for Democracy)

Swearing ceremony in a way looks promising (about necessary action against own people when gone wrong). However, highlighting debt of TN is like setting a narrative and blame game on opposition.

Everyone I spoke in close circle wished a change that lead to this political history.

Hope supporters don’t turn to justify like “They did it, what is wrong we doing the same”. That is not the change people mandated for.

I am happy for the change and we/people are ready to provide the time required to see the change.

Focus on the good (bottom up from constituency) rather Hero workship (top down) and take things accountable on ground.

Fingers crossed but still positive on the change people wished for.

#Governor’s discretion has been a constant tussle in Centre-State relations.

Whichever party you support, let ‘Motion of confidence’ decide the fate and not Governor.

Governor has to invite Single largest party (not by constitutional norms but by democratic view) to prove majority when there is no Pre-poll alliance majority. This in line with many commission reports like Sarkaria/ Punchhi and SC judgements.

How come the ride commenced without ensuring : backup systems can complete the ride ?

Claiming that Issue has not been blown out of proportions in social media is serious underplay. We can’t make excuses stating first day thing.

After this press statement, I’m even skeptical to take or recommend Wonderla. Best is to avoid adventure sports in India.
