I ordered PJs for my son from @Gap, thinking it‘d be simple. Part of the order never arrived; I’ve called cust svc, put on hold for 1.5-2 hrs x3. Emailed, was told they would not reply & to call. Others tweeted & got replies. Not me. What is even happening?! @Gap is a large corp!
