1. When a person pays you to board their dog, and drops off the dog on their way to a week long vacation out of state, do you loose that dog in less than 3 hours of having that dog in your care?

@rantalawsyx We winter in Galveston Texas, and see Houston TV news. For the last two years, water bills there, have been upwards of $3000 after a new water meter mandate. Maybe it's the meters?
