@AmericanAir When will I be compensated for all of the time lost plus the fact that our flights were cancelled on our way out. Very disappointed in American Airlines customer service. They don’t even have a phone number to call for customer relations. It’s a joke.
@AmericanAir@AmericanAir How does a Platinum Pro priority member’s baggage not make it on the plane? Nearly 24 hours without our bag caused my son to miss school and me to miss work. This was handled poorly and needs to be addressed.
@AmericanAir My flight was cancelled because of staffing issues. Confirmed by the AA chat. Then when I ask for compensation, all of a sudden it’s weather related and you won’t compensated me. Even thought every other airline was flying out and I had to book another airline. AA is awful
@AmericanAir trying to change a flight time online, page is not available once i get to the part to pick seats. Call customer service and they say there is a charge for additional fees for the flight even though it was a $0 change difference. The rep says he can’t do anything.
@Airbnb I recently had a guest admit that they were extra people and a party at the house and deny the payment for compensation but yet he was still able to leave a review. customer service said, I cannot get it removed. The review should be taken down.

What is the point of selecting seats months in advance if you are just going to separate my entire family anyway? 3 of the 4 legs of this trip have had this happen.
@_lolalynn_ The line at PHL today during check in at American Airlines Terminal C. They had 2 people at the check in desk when we arrived. We were there over 2 hours early and still didnt get even close to the front of the line. Disgrace.
