@AirCanada had a ticket YYC -YYZ -YYT. 1st flight delayed so would miss yyt flight. There were seats on an earlier flight to YYZ. AC wouldnt put us on that one. Paid ANOTHER $776 NEW ticket to make YYZ to YYT. Had boarding pass for YYT. Get to YYZ our seats given away to YYT

@AirCanada you lost my luggage 4 days ago on the start of my trip…found it…and 4 days later you lose it again on the way home. Flied business class. O word today . Over 3 hrs on hold got cut off talking to agent and no call back. YOU SUCK
@AirCanada ok so now day 4 and the voucher that was taken from me has not been reinstated. Does anyone in AC know how to fix your own mistakes? Interesting that all you do is transfer it to another department.

@AirCanada still no success reinstating my voucher!! DO NOT TRY TO USE VOUCHERS ONLINE! If something happens and transaction isn’t completed AC cancels the voucher and claims it’s depleted! They take your $ but no one can help reinstate it! Shame on you AC

@Sage_Canada after over 30 yrs using sage and being happy with it my experience over the last few days is awful.I cannot install the last update. A case was opened 3 days ago, after talking to 4 diff people, online chat, still no solution &you have gone silent. Terrible service
@canadalifeco terrible service. Been on hold for over an hour for a PW reset. Second time trying. Last week was 70 minutes with no one taking the call. #noservice
@irvingoil booked an appt the second wk of Jan for you to fix my prior and fireplace. Booked for feb 7. Had a call yesterday Feb 5- to cancel our appointment on feb 7 because if the forecast and rebooked is to Feb 28. Terrible customer service . Almost 6 weeks! Time to change
