Instead of delaying the train further. Try to cover the delay and reach destination ASAPq. Train started delay of 3 hr and now currently 5 hrs delay. What's wrong with you guys ? 2 minutes stoppage station it's stopping for 15-20 mins

I order an item which is fully broken worth 910/- I immediately apply for replacement and they deny saying only refund is applicable. I agreed and since it was COD they said we can give voucher again agreed.
