@RamTrucks This is done. Last chance to help before this turns into a reimbursement problem. A huge additional burden on my end, while I'm now nearing 1 wk without the truck and $1,900+ out of pocket. Will certainly be a brand problem for Ram, not to mention customer loss.

@RamTrucks Just told "no goodwill coverage available" by my dealer service rep via "corporate guys." This is infuriating and going to cost me $1,900+ not including my time and inconvenience. So much for any concern on reputation management. ^PS
@RamTrucks ...I'm already out of pocket $215 for the initial diagnostic at the dealership who could see me first 50 miles away. Couldn't leave it there, not to mention the time expended so far. Not a happy camper on something so critical to the vehicle's function.
@RamTrucks ... I gave that number to my dealer service rep, who actually got that person on the phone. Outcome unclear, but my expectation is that FCA cover most, if not all of this, because it's as critical a component (sensor integrated into the tank) as the major emission or powertrain..
@RamTrucks ... on an item that might as well be powertrain or major emission comp warrantied since the truck will not start without it in now 100 miles. Someone at FCA mistakenly gave me a # where the person told me they don't deal with customers, only dealers...

@RamTrucks Thank you. DEF tank sensor failed. Truck now at local dealer. 100 miles til it won't start. Told "under warranty" but "warranty expired" among other ridiculous things. Case #92865017. Will share email or phone if you tell me where to securely do so.
