Singer/Songwriter, Vocal Producer & Lead Servant @121selah. I write music to share my thoughts on the Christian Faith and its most supreme ethic - Love
I haven’t stopped raving about 121 Selah’s show on Saturday, I’ve told everyone that’s cared to listen, EVERYONE! 😂
It was an excellent production from start to finish, and I honestly had the best time!
@121selah@pdwallson take your flowers and take ALL my money! 💐💐
COMPLACENCY SOMETIMES IS ACCEPTING THAT YOU ARE ALL THAT BECAUSE YOU AS A SINGER OR MUSICIAN ARE TOURING EVERYWHERE WITH A POPULAR ARTISTE WHOSE MUSIC DOESN'T REQUIRE MUCH TECHNICAL DETAIL.
Excellence in one genre doesn't exempt you from the discipline of growth. Play gospel? Touch jazz.
Lead worship? Learn highlife phrasing-just grow!
The Kingdom needs skilled and seasoned hands.
My pen has never left the Bible, it just found new language. I don’t just write songs, I translate scriptures into melody.
This is Day 1 of sharing songs inspired by Bible verses.
Song title: Look at me…that’s God
Verse : Col 2:8-9

A good thing can serve a bad purpose, rather than sit down to complain as Christian creatives, we must engage the gift that God has given to us to express the mandate given to us by God; to multiply, to engage His creation, to create, to produce.
We must engage💛
The answer is not withdrawal; it is redemption. It is reclaiming the beauty, the wonder, and the heart-shaping power of music for the glory of God.
If we are silent, other voices will sing for us.
If we abandon the song, we abandon the soul of a generation.”*
*“Andrew Fletcher once said, ‘Let me write the songs of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws.’
He understood something we often overlook: that music — and by extension, the arts — wields a deeper power than laws, sermons, or policies.
For too long, many Christians have abandoned the arts, despising them because of the perversions they’ve seen.
But influence doesn’t disappear when we retreat — it simply passes into other hands.
The heart represents passion and emotion.
The heart is the driving force of creativity.
Professional musicians creates music from the heart.
Music is sold to soul, it is not for the head but for the heart.💛
The mouth represents the ability to articulate thoughts and emotions through lyrics, melodies, and public speaking. A skilled artist knows how to use their voice to convey authenticity, deliver powerful messages, and engage audiences.
This is the sacred intersection—where art meets revelation—that’s when transformation occurs. We begin to see not only the beauty of the craft but the majesty of the One who conceived it.
Music, as a creation of God, was not primarily designed for the entertainment of man, but as a sacred medium to unveil profound truths about the nature and character of God.
For the believer, the pursuit of musical mastery must transcend technical skill or artistic acclaim—it is, at its core, a spiritual pilgrimage of the heart. When we engage music as a divine language, we don’t just express creativity; we commune with the Creator.
Grow in ear training to be able to interpret audio information. Frequencies, audio effects and other sound and production information that shapes music.
Tag that audio engineer that most likely would do this to you 😂
‘CONVERSATIONS WITH PD WALLSON’
“…The Ears represent listening and sensitivity. It reflects an acute sense of hearing technically in harmony, pitch and rhythm…”
Your ears are your door to music, it is how you recognize sound, a chord, a sonic colour, a frequency etc.
