@brainsnail @axiomista @arschles Alright, as promised - under the Discussion header I compiled a list of all the things we talked about. We've got a mini conference just from the talks alone! https://t.co/M4XbPbSeqG

Opportunity to do something before it was cool alert!

This upcoming Thursday - March 12th at 6 PM PST, we're going to be doing our first ~entirely online~ meetup.

We'll be doing an overview of Go 1.14 and experimenting with a purely remote meetup.

We've haven't done this before. It'll be fun and we'll probably learn something about remote events. Your feedback is going to really help improve things as well. I hope to see some adventurous folks on Thursday!

[Portland Go(Lang) @pdxgolang]

Out of an abundance of caution for COVID-19 due to confirmed cases in the Portland metro area, we're taking a look at other options for our regular meetup. We'll follow up, but we do not intend on having the in-person meetup on March 12th.
