On top of that they haven’t been calling this foul throughout the tournament as Andy said. However if you go strictly by the rules it is a red card because there is excessive force

@pack2thebowl @AndyHermanNFL Not sure what channel you are watching on. Im not a rules expert but i have been watching football all my life. Unfortunately refereeing is not consistent so the ref has a lot of influence on the decisions and intention should be a part of that decision but by rule it’s a red.
