Every verdict in history has ultimately come down to one party's word.
A judge. A company. A data feed.
Get that one party wrong or bought, and the whole thing is already cooked before anyone argues the actual facts.
Athens tried to kill that problem with a jury drawn by lot, large enough that buying it cost more than winning.
@GenLayer runs the same idea as Optimistic Democracy.
Someone puts forward one proposal.
A small, random jury of validators, each running its own model, looks at the same evidence on its own.
The first answer goes live immediately. No waiting period.
Disagree, and you can challenge it. Each challenge pulls in more validators than the last, not just a repeat of the same argument.
Vote against what the evidence actually shows, and the stake you risked to vote is gone.
That's why nobody can quietly buy the outcome.
You're not purchasing one name. You're trying to purchase a room that keeps getting larger, while being wrong gets more expensive every round.
The part I like is the optimism.
Most disputes never need the big room. The first jury is enough, and the threat of the next one is what keeps the first one honest.
If you had to buy a verdict, would you rather bribe one judge, or a jury that doubles every time you complain?
