@pipedrive I used my work email and have sent multiple emails. I will try the chat function. This is so ridiculous. No access and continued billing with zero support response. Really disappointed.
@pipedrive Not sure what is happening with your support team but I have sent 4 emails. ZERO response. [email protected] & [email protected]. I keep getting charged but when I sign on, I see this (a paywall saying my subscription has expired). I want to cancel.

@LinkedIn Having problems with your billing. I canceled Premium on 8/11 (have receipt), was charged again on 8/21 for $159.99. When I contacted support, they admitted error but was told to dispute charge with my CC company. Can you please issue a refund?
