It's the 30th Anniversary of the Rwandan Genocide. War is never sudden, bt a continuation of politics by other means. A genocide is the culmination of the process of boasting, provocation & threats. Accusations btn DRC & Rwandan leaders shouldn't b seen as mere political rhetoric
