Finally said the part was not even available, on back order and had no idea when the part will be available. Gave option to order on another website but would not be able to get discount. Very unprofessional customer service and low quality appliances. Will never order again

@Frigidaire had a very terrible experience with your customer service. The door bins on a fridge bought less than 3 yrs ago keep cracking. 1st agent no help said shelf life of door bins were only 1 year because were plastic. Had to keep repeating to speak to supervisor.

Spoke with supervisor Shai very rude, disrespectful, combative, unhelpful. Could not replace part for free even though reoccurring issue could only offer discount. Gave wrong information on part then argued. Had to ask her to stop arguing and just order part.
