Dear @ZeptoNow , I placed my order at 4:06 PM with a 21-min promise. The app falsely showed "Reached your location" at 4:36 PM. I came to my society gate, but the rider wasn't there. He arrived at 4:46 PM. This is misleading and unacceptable. Fix This Asap
