BTW Davinci Resolve is free and does a decent job with stabilizing... if you care. I guess S8 can have a bit of jitter too :)

@FozzTexx I know I am late but did you consider that for S8 you should not use the sprocket adjacent to the current frame, but the one 2 frames off? That where S8 cameras have their claw.

@ObsoleteMediaUK @andyAVAVsystems Super interesting, I didn't know this model yet. Not sure much it qualifies as "media" though since the cartridges took normal Double-8 spools. :) BTW: The Pentacon Pentaflex camera had exactly the same concept — a cartridge that just needed to be flipped over.
