Don’t hit snooze. Get up as soon as possible.
Practice positive Affirmation
Take a nice warm shower
Meditate or go for a walk
Eat a healthy breakfast
Don’t check your phone
Ways To Ease Anxiety:
Practice deep breathing
Move your body
Express creativity
Go on a nature walk
Organize your space
Talk to a therapist that you’re comfortable with
Visualize your happy place
Ways to Break Your Phone Addiction:
•Stop Charging your phone near your bed
•Get an actual alarm clock instead of setting it on your phone
•Delete apps that are addictive and not useful for you
•Try going to new places nearby without your phone
How To Restart Your Week:
•Change your bedsheet
•Check in with yourself through journaling
•Invest time in yourself to encourage self care and self love
•Update your calendar and to do lists
•Clean and organize your space
Social Media Detox Checklist:
-Delete social accounts you don’t use
-Unfollow accounts that don’t make you feel good
-Set 20 minutes or more scroll limits per day
-Don’t post anything on your feed
-Charge your phone away from your bed
-Set your phone on DND

Play an instrument
