Customer service kept putting me on hold &the calls were purposely being disconnected. Do I have to pay for a product that I did not order ?
@AmazonHelp Very disappointed with the way your executive has handled this .. he called himself leadership but sang the same song call back on 18th .. how ridiculous u mess up and then tell the customer to follow up. Bravo @amazonIN

Despite repeated confirmation from my side, you went ahead and issued me a USD card instead.
Now I’ve been following up asking to cancel and get my ₹2,000 refunded — but I’m getting no proper response.

After that, you sent me a net banking link to try again — and asked me to pay ₹50 extra, even though it was your mistake. I had already paid ₹2,000 to lock in the EUR rate.But it gets worse. I had clearly asked for a Single Currency Card in Euros...4/7
Then, I was given wrong bank account details to make my payment.When I flagged it, your team insisted the account was correct.
I trusted your word — but the payment failed and was rejected by the bank. Time and energy wasted....3/7

I have been cheated by @amazonIN . Ordered medicines which have been marked as delivered to security but in reality nothing has been delivered . How can they deliver to security without calling me ? Now they need 24 hours to figure out what happened. irresponsible pharmacy .
@SwiggyCares 167339331234536 is the order ID . I made a call to customer care when the order did not reach on time ...after the agent began to behave badly I again contacted chat support and told them of the issue.
