⚡️ Joe Kent says he, Tucker Carlson, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie are hoping to build a new political movement or third party built around opposition to U.S. wars, AIPAC, and corporate money, with the initial goal of fielding a candidate for the 2028 presidential campaign.
In an interview with Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks, Kent said the group met at Carlson’s home in Maine after concluding that both major parties repeatedly deliver “another war in the Middle East” regardless of how Americans vote.
Kent said they may follow the 2028 presidential run with down-ballot races, and acknowledged ballot-access hurdles may force them to run an insurgent candidate through an existing party instead.
“We don’t want Israel dictating our foreign policy. We don’t want any more foreign wars. We don’t want to have to run a massive empire,” he said.
Kent said the group has urged Carlson to run but he has repeatedly declined. They will seek to finance the effort through grassroots donations rather than corporate PACs. “The second you start taking the corporate PAC money… you’re not truly in charge anyways.”
On JD Vance, Kent said he still personally likes him but called him “a captive of the two-party system” who will struggle to ask voters to trust him in 2028 after defending Trump’s war.

So the NY Post just totally made up this claim that thousands of 9/11 families are mad at Mamdani.
Just a complete fabrication from a guy who basically hoaxed them:
In an interview with Popular Information, Galante acknowledged that there was no actual list of family members who had signed the petition. “We don’t have a list,” Galante said. Rather, the 300 figure that organizers shared with the New York Post was an estimate based on how they believe the petition spread before it received much publicity. “We all know each other, so…think about it. If you know 10 people and they give it to 10 more people they know that lost. That’s how we got the 300 number,” Galante explained. “I don’t go through the list and look at the names.”
🧵🚨 NEW: Israel is spending millions of dollars to influence AI chatbots—and according to a new Drop Site investigation, it’s working.
Former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale is overseeing a network of websites created for the Israeli government that are increasingly appearing in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and other AI systems.
I don't understand how putting an executive agent for a foreign country into the Pentagon doesn't piss some people off. Sec. 219 is treason. Everyone that has voted for the NDAA has now participated in that treason.
No, Mr. Trump, Canada is not “poisoning our air.”
Climate change is fueling more wildfires, heat waves, floods and other extreme weather.
Stop blaming our allies and start standing up to your friends in Big Oil, who are driving the climate crisis.
🇺🇸 The House has passed the $1.1 trillion National Defense Authorization Act 216–212, with six Democrats voting yes and seven Republicans voting no. It incudes section 219 which integrates U.S. military intelligence and the defense industrial base with Israel.
The bill makes US military support for Israel easier and more institutionalized. It creates a Pentagon official tasked with accelerating U.S.-Israel military technology cooperation, including joint R&D, testing, co-production, data sharing, and moving jointly developed technology into procurement.
Separately, it extends through 2029 an existing authority allowing the U.S. to transfer weapons already stored in its War Reserve Stockpile in Israel. That authority can permit transfers without Congress voting on each shipment, with Congress only receiving notification under the underlying law.
🚨 The EU’s own GSP+ report confirms what EuroPak raised with the @EP_Trade Monitoring Group (INTA) this July: arbitrary detention without charge or trial, enforced disappearances, the detention of a former Prime Minister without fair trial guarantees, and military trials of civilians that fail ICCPR Article 14 standards.
GSP+ is a privilege, not an entitlement: genuine, verifiable reform or reconsider preferential access. @EUPakistan@EP_HumanRights
Dear EU officials, the name of “former Prime Minister” is:
I M R A N K H A N !
#TheNameIsImranKhan
Pakistanis are thankful for capturing some of the human rights abuses in Pakistan in your report though.
Please consider editing the report and include the name “Former Prime Minister Imran Khan.”
