a disclaimer: I didn't make this account to start drama or go after anyone for any reason, I didn't create it to invade and spread hate about other people but when a group feels like their community is being threatened, you can't expect them not to fight back even a little.
@ghoulbones Drugs tw /
I always seem to panic with weed but it was never my go-to anyhow.
I wasn’t in control with anything else I did, though and I didn’t care at the time but I guess that’s what being an addict is, anything to numb pain/thoughts was good enough for me.
@DNAlienation this same thing just happened to me, i ended up getting my item 2 months later. it might be worth contacting the seller to see if they have tracking, mine didn't but maybe you'd have better luck!
I may have explained this weird, but i mean disorders that affect the brain neurologically would assumably affect everyone (in different ways possibly) but maybe something stemming from trauma could affect one and not all because of their experiences. I hope I make sense.. :\
It depends on the disorder, I'd think. I'm the only one in our system that shows any symptom of BPD and there's a few that really aren't effected by anxiety at all when some others are. This could be varying severities as well but just very opposite sides of the spec.
weird question, but can different alters actually have different disorders?somethin bout it just dont make sense to me idk. i seen shit bout it b4 and i remember t*am p*nata mentioned some of their alters had different disorders or smth but they aint a good source obvi -dave
This seems a tad infantilizing. Also, poly is not a sexuality and there are things grouped together that should not be grouped together since they're not the same thing.
it's not something we personally want but like you said, its not bad? if thats what someone wants- thats what they should strive for. its not for everyone and functioning isnt only achievable thru integration. too many ppl push it thinking you cant function without being "normal"
I feel as if every so often when I come back online I have to remind an entirely new slew of people that I do not support endogenic communities or align with plural communities. I strictly align with the DID/OSDD and traumagenic side.
@the_calm_system I'll use alters when talking to someone who isn't too educated on DID since it's the clinical term or w/e, otherwise i'll call them just by their names. i don't usually ever put a label on it. Sometimes headmates works but I don't usually ever use that but i'd rather if i had to!
@ghoulbones not only that but syskids are more than likely going to have trauma and putting their information online or letting them go online alone could put them in situations that can hurt them like someone taking advantage of their trauma.
@ghoulbones thank you so much for this, it's possibly the most frustrating things i ever see online. I saw discord servers with "little safe" area and I'm just like... why would anyone think any area on discord with 100+ members would be safe remotely for a child
@fckn_gay I think it depends. Introjects can be a wider spectrum than just "they are [x] from [x]" sometimes they're not a stereotypical introject at all like a different name and personality and just resemble the character/person and sometimes they have a similar personality or the same
@multiplicityand this reminds me of when boys would "be mean" to girls in elementary school because they "liked them". she's beautiful he's just jealous 🙄
I will not follow back if you identify as or support endogenic systems, I've said it before but i figured I'd do it again. You're welcome to follow me, though.
