@Tawcan Good to know… I like the idea of an appliance I can repair. So many of the small appliances like that are cheap and fail without the ability to repair. Spending $20 to save $500 is a wise financial decision.

@Lovey1973 I have driven through St. Louis du Ha! Ha! Many times between east coast and Ontario while on that last stretch in Quebec to the NB border, and laugh every time. I wonder how many times the residents get error messages trying to put the ! point in online forms.

@iLuv_2_Travel We are. Our rate is up this summer. But the additional funds was simply paying the same amount as before (our rate went down about two percent three years ago), so payments continued but more went to principal. Will mean less shock when our rate goes up this summer.
