@hawkguyhawk @SummerPlaysAC1 correction, idk if it actually works like that specifically, but that's how they get time locked updates early. I think it's like Japan/Australia region gets stuff like FIRST-FIRST and then Americans get it last essentially. so you can get it x hours early.

@hawkguyhawk @SummerPlaysAC1 also, you can set your region to Japan or Australia when first making the island to get content 12-13 hours early! Content for Americans drop at 12 AM EST, and Japan+ Aus are both 12 hours ahead of us (13 if daylights saving) (1)

@bearsnotsleepy @octaeberry @Ivelletower it was my 1st job, and i was suddenly thrust into 40 hour weeks (i was hired for part time), and essentially took over night shift from noon (or as late as 2 pm)-8 pm. i wasn't even formally trained and that day was my first night alone, hence the breakdown as she was leaving :(
