We have since managed to get a refund. The fact that this response comes 4 days later highlights the terrible customer service you, as a company, provide.
@HarveysHQ . My mum was told yesterday that she would be getting her sofa in March and not before Christmas as promised. Went today for a refund but told this wasnt possible as there was no manager in and we would be contacted this afternoon as soon as they arrive. Still waiting!
