What’s up with Grok? Terrible animation results and getting worse each time I use it.

Prompt:
Make the character in the uploaded image dance in place, exactly where he is on screen, and the same exact size. Just have him dance around happily. Nothing fancy. Make him look just like he looks in the picture.
