@MI_Sprints I'm guessing some of the more prosperous ECHL franchises can afford a significant hike in pay and benefits but others cannot. Seen tons of minor league hockey teams (and leagues) come and go in the last 25 years.

@MI_Sprints The second and final midget feature (one more race after this) is underway and there are only about 50 people left in the turn 3-4 grandstand. Apparently some people don't want to watch quarter midgets spin out for hours on end. Who knew?
