@virginmedia I have to use remote desktop in order to work - every timeout drops the remote desktop connection. I spend more time trying to reconnect that working. I don't have a reference no. Should they have given me one?
@virginmedia - into second week and broadband connection not sorted out. This is what a simple ping looks like for me - connection constantly dropping out. Looking at EE and 3's 5G/4G broadband solutions.
@virginmedia How badly impacted depends on what you're doing. Browsing you can sort of get away with - is slow, times out now and again but can sort of get there. Voice/Video calls cut out form time to time but again you can struggle by.
@virginmedia It's been an ongoing issue since last week. I had a few hours of uninterrupted service yesterday but then it went again. I got through to someone on Saturday and they said it will be Friday at the earliest before it's resolved.
@virginmedia The connection isn't stable. The links say nothing but you're fully aware of the issue as you have a recorded message for my post code telling me you're working on upgrading the service so I can expect to lose service.
@virginmedia Another day and again I find my broadband connection is barely working. This is the fourth consecutive day in North London that we've had an appalling service. I don't want a record message telling me I should be grateful I just want it FIXED.
